It just doesn't sound the same calling it a "Pool Bag", so although we will only be frequenting the "pool" or the "water park", we will refer to our favorite bag as the "Beach Bag". Mine I picked up at Old Navy on clearance which makes it even sweeter. These are just a few of our essentials that are kept in the bag for an easy pickup on our way out the door whenever the whim hits us to take off for some fun in the sun! What's in your "Beach Bag"??

Fun new look on the blog. Our beach bag has much the same as yours minus the books and magazines because I can NEVER read at the pool with my kids. Plus we never go to the pool without snacks. Our staples are apples and peanut butter, granola bars, graham crackers or fruit. This year we've had to add plastic diaper covers. New rule at the pool. Anyone under age 4 has to wear a swim diaper and plastic pants.
I like the new look! Super cute!
I love the new face lift!! CUTE, CUTE.
Sunglasses, tootsie rools, a large bottle of water that's been in the freezer overnight... and a huge supersized towel. I do keep a magazine in it for those times I'm at a water's edge with Wayne... but, when for those times I'm with someone who actually likes to CONVERSE... I either don't read, or read something that's easy to start and stop and start up again (and don't mind getting wet)
Our pool bag is bigger then that, same stuff pretty much except I don't get to read now that Nick can swim w/o a lifejacket, now I have to be at arms length from him. My pool bag includes a cooler FULL of food I bring, I look like we are camping out at the pool!lol
